Johnny Cruz, a native of Los Angeles, received his education in Los Angeles. At the age of one, him & his teenage mother emigrated to the U.S. seeking a better life. 

Johnny attended Daniel Murphy Catholic High School & Alexander Hamilton High School in West LA where he ran Track and Cross Country.

In college, while a student at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), Johnny Cruz participated in numerous on-campus extra-curricular activities that enabled him to sharpen his leadership and management skills such as the UPC (Union Programs Council) where he helped produce events and book talent for the student body.

While a college student, Johnny Cruz made a name for himself and was considered one of the leading pioneers in the newly urban 18 & Over college club scene in L.A., while he was referred as the Collegiate Lifestyles Authority.

Johnny Cruz earned his Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in journalism, marketing and communications at California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

After graduating from college, Johnny Cruz founded Red Horizon Entertainment, an exclusive 21 & Over special event/concierge company in Los Angeles.

Johnny is now considered an industry leader in the nightlife scene with 20+ years of experience. 

in 2013, Johnny Cruz Co-Founded a non-profit Lost Angels .Org to help bring joy into the lives of the less fortunate and homeless community by coordinating giving-events in L.A. 

In 2014, Johnny became a partner in Nclusive, a sports marketing agency responsible for managing endorsement deals and social media management for the roster of clients.

In 2018, Johnny earned his credentials and became an NFL & NBA certified contract negotiator.

In 2021, Johnny became an NCAA Certified Agent.

As a new Sports Agent, Johnny  founded Underdog Sports Agency and now represents professional athletes across several industries. 

Throughout the country, Johnny is considered  to be one of the most influential people in sports & entertainment.
